This is a program that offers opportunities for economic and socially disadvantaged groups (women and young boys and girls) the opportunity to learn a trade, through their placement on construction projects of highways and bridges. Apart from a salary, equipment and economic assistance for transportation and childcare is offered to those who choose to form part of this program, when they apply. They should also be a beneficiary of one of the programs offered by the Family Department.
