In compliance with the federal legislation of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), the DTPW and its assigned agencies are firmly engaged in maintaining the workplace free of architectural barriers and discrimination against persons with disabilities. Applications for provisional parking for employees of the DTPW and the PRHTA, with temporary mobility impairment, are processed through this Program.
On the other hand, the primary function of the Title VI Program is to ensure that all PRHTA and DTPW programs, internal as well as external, are carried out free of any type of discrimination.
